When you reach out, it can be helpful to briefly mention what has brought you to seek support and your availability for sessions, although you are welcome to share only what feels comfortable. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours on working days.
Sessions are available in English, German or Greek and I work with adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, including international and LGBTQ+ clients. Appointments may be offered either in person or online, depending on your preferences and circumstances.
