I am a counselor and psychotherapist trained in psychotherapy and counseling psychology, with an international personal and professional background that enriches my clinical work.

I was born and raised in Germany as a "third culture kid" with an Austrian father and a British mother. I completed my initial studies in American literature and the humanities in Berlin and subsequently worked in finance in London, before settling in Athens more than 15 years ago. While that career was intellectually engaging I came to realize that I was most drawn to work centered on understanding people and supporting them through meaningful change. This varied background has helped me develop a culturally sensitive and flexible therapeutic stance.

I hold an M.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Strathclyde/Glasgow as well as an MS in Psychotherapy and Counseling Psychology from the American College of Greece and have completed clinical training in a variety of settings, including a counseling center serving students and a private provider based in the US offering remote access therapy to US and Filipino adults. I have worked with a variety of clients - adolescents, young adults and older individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, and social backgrounds. I also have experience supporting expats and individuals from the LGBTQ community.

I am committed to ethical practice, ongoing supervision, and continued professional development.
